How do client workspaces stay isolated?
Every client gets its own workspace — a separate tenant with its own links, branded domains, secret links, team members, and analytics. Isolation is enforced at the database layer with row-level security policies, not just in the UI, so a query from one client's workspace physically cannot return another client's data.
You switch between client workspaces from a single agency console instead of juggling logins, and tenant-scoped audit logs record every action per workspace — useful when a client asks who changed a destination URL and when.
What does white-label actually include?
Agency branding rolls up across your client workspaces: your logo and palette on the dashboard and on shared report surfaces, plus each client's own branded short domain on their links. Brand kits keep colors, logos, and domains consistent per client without re-configuring each workspace by hand.
