Is LinkPilot really free?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever and includes 50 short links, 1,000 tracked clicks per month, 1 custom domain, 3 team members, and 5 secret links. No credit card is required, and the anonymous tools work without any account at all.
What happens if I hit my monthly click limit?
Your links keep redirecting — plan limits govern analytics and creation, not whether your links resolve. When you reach a limit you'll see an upgrade prompt in the dashboard for creating new resources.
What happens if I hit my link limit?
Existing links keep working. You won't be able to create new links until you delete some or upgrade — the dashboard shows a clear 'limit reached' state with an upgrade path.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan requires no card, and you can create anonymous short links and secret links from the free tools without even signing up.
How does Agency billing work?
The Agency plan is $299/month and covers up to 25 isolated client workspaces and 10 agency seats under one subscription — one bill, roll-up billing across all client workspaces, with white-label branding and cross-client analytics included. That works out to under $12 per client workspace at full capacity. Need more room? Agency Plus is $799/month with up to 100 client workspaces and 50 agency seats. To subscribe, sign up, create your agency from the Agencies page, and choose a plan from its Billing tab.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet — all paid plans are currently billed monthly, and you can change or cancel your plan from the billing page at any time. Annual billing is on the roadmap.
Can I cancel or change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades and downgrades are self-serve from the billing page. Your links and analytics history remain intact when you change plans; features simply follow your current tier's limits.
What does the Enterprise plan include?
Everything in Agency plus unlimited clients, seats, and domains, SSO/SAML, dedicated support, and a custom SLA. Pricing is custom — contact us and we'll scope it with you.
